As Brand Manager at TWE Sweden you will manage and grow the premium portfolio within TWE Sweden by develop and execute local brand plans in Sweden including media, NPDs, PR and events, to maximise long term potential and deliver short term goals. Job Description Develop and implement brand activation mix, including price, packaging, distribution and NPD in alignment with Nordic Portfolio manager and Country Manager Develop annual brand activation plans for premium portfolio (Penfolds, Beringer, Wolf Blass, Matua and regional brands) in Sweden to be aligned with global strategies and execute to plan and within agreed budgets. Work closely with Swedish commercial team to fully support and activate brand plans within relevant accounts. Support commercial team in Sweden ensuring they are fully informed, engaged and motivated to build our brands in line with global vision and strategy. Participate in sales activities including On/Off trade, monopoly meetings, distributors and consumer events. Work closely with EMEA brand team to align strategy & promote best practices, communicating brand news from Global teams to the Nordic team. Leverage brand investment and activities (ATL & BTL) into PR and relevant trade marketing plans Lead new product development for tenders and order to assortment products in agreement with global brand team, NPM, BM, NPD team and winemaking. Managing distribution model in Sweden in a fast pace environment Develop effective relationship and leverage opportunities with key brand sponsorship/collaborations and PR agency. Person Description Minimum of 5 years Brand Management experience at a similar level preferably in a FMCG environment; wine industry highly desirable Wine certification would be an important part attribute but above all a passion for wine will be required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English PR experience preferred Experience working within a fast moving environment with the ability to multi-task Strategic capability in developing and implementing highly proactive public relations activities which reflect the corporate vision and regional strategy Ability to persuade and influence internally and externally Excellent project management skills Excellent evaluative, analytical and interpretive skills A strong understanding of budgetary management Ansök via denna länk.
