We are currently looking for a top talent to manage the Proviva brand in the Nordic markets and someone who wishes to develop his/her career in a world leading company in FMCG offering great local working autonomy. What will be your job?
As a Brand Manager you will join our dynamic, young and inspirational Nordic marketing team, where you will experience and work in a flexible and demanding environment.
You will work independently on one of the company’s key brands with large local autonomy. Your main responsibilities will be to identify short and long term potentials in managing the brand’s portfolio: optimization of current portfolio as well as development and ownership of the innovation pipeline. Aa a result your job will require complex cross functional project management, enabled by the Danone network and local R&D and production.
In the position you are expected to understand and leverage deep consumer insights, finding inspiration within and outside the company and turning these into business opportunities.
The role is based at Danone’s office in Solna. Some travel will be required on a monthly basis.
In order to be successful in the role we see that you have the following professional competencies:
- Master Degree in Economics and/or Marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing in an international FMCG company
- Experience in portfolio management and new product development
- Experience in planning and executing engaging brand activation campaigns in multiple touch points (ATL, BTL)
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Nielsen Desktop is beneficial
As a person you are a self-starter, passionate about marketing, and flexible. You take and enjoy ownership in projects and are equally motivated by working independently and in teams. You are an analytically sharp individual, and a creative problem solver with a can-do mindset. You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in Swedish and English (Other languages are an asset).
