We market several loved brand such as ProViva, Actimel, Activia and Danonino. We are currently looking for a Brand Manager Proviva What will be your job? As Brand Manager you will join our dynamic, young and inspirational Nordic marketing team, where you will experience and work in a flexible and demanding environment. You will be responsible for the brand's Nordic success and act accordingly in all aspects of brand management. You are expected to understand and leverage deep consumer insights, finding inspiration within and outside the company and turn them into business. You will be based in Solna near Stockholm and some travel will be required on a monthly basis. Key responsibilities * Assist Brand team to fully leverage prioritized work such as communication, portfolio management, P&L and all aspects of the marketing mix * Project management of projects related to product, promos, consumer sensory tests * Analyse the Swedish market and competition as well as the performance of brand portfolio, propose adjustments based on quantitative and qualitative data * Propose ideas of how to add value and improve brand in-store campaigns and visibility * Assist in creating sales support materials and be the brand team's direct link/ spokesperson to the Danone field sales force * Develop and initialize brand activation on digital platforms * Manage day to day activation of the brand on digital platforms, in line with overall brand strategy, budget and economic targets Profile * Self-starter, passionate about marketing, flexible, dynamic and a team player * Analytically sharp, intuitive and a creative problem solver with a "can do" mindset * Enjoys ownership in projects and is equally motivated by working independently and in teams * Is able to manage and structure multiple projects in a fast moving environment * Excellent communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English (other languages are an asset) * Have insight into how leverage media as part of the total marketing mix * Excellent understanding and know-how of Nielsen Desktop * Open, empathetic and honest, capable of building strong working relationships * Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and with courage to pursue own conviction Required professional skills and competencies: * Master Degree in Economics and/or Marketing * 2 years of relevant experience from marketing in FMCG * Experience from brand building: Communication ATL & BTL * Experience from brand ownership: Portfolio, P&L If you believe that the descriptions fits you and this sounds interesting please apply with your English CV.
