  • The Business Development Manager is responsible for the development and sales of all Specialties & Decorations products in the Confectionary segment.
  • You are an expert in the Specialties & Decorations products within Barry Callebaut and you keep close contact to the different production sites in Europe.
  • You take full ownership of the creation, innovation, implementation and communication of all Specialties & Decorations possibilities in the Confectionary segment.
  • You bring new marketing segment insights to the Marketing segment manager, based on customer & market feedback.
  • You introduce concepts & solutions, developed by the Marketing team, to our customers in the Confectionary segment.
  • You act as go-between between the local sales teams and the different internal departments involved in Specialties & Decorations projects.
  • You organize innovation / inspiration days for customers in the designated area, together with the local sales teams.
  • You visit the customers on a regular basis, together with the local Account Managers.
  • You manage all new and existing projects within Specialties & Decorations in your area, and you have a clear overview of all ongoing projects.
  Profile:
  • Master degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
  • 3-5 years experience in sales & marketing environment
  • Good negotiator, result driven
  • Excellent project management skills
  • A team player, who can motivate colleagues and internal and external stakeholders
