We’re looking for a new Customer Quality Administrator, a role that as a part of the QHSE team, cares for:
- Supporting the Customer Quality Coordinator maintaining a good dialogue with Sales, Customers and Suppliers.
- Strive to achieve results connected to established visions and KPIs
- Supporting the sales division with quality related questions (including customer requests, support at customer complaints)
- Handling of customer requests (including questionnaires)
- Product Approval and Re-approval (Raw Material and Distribution)
- Administration connected to Supplier Approval and Re-evaluation of Suppliers
- Securing validity of information and documentation connected to suppliers and articles
- Handling of Safety Data Sheets
- Managing Customer Quality Mailbox
- AX super user
- Supporting the Compliance team with administration tasks
- Contributing to continuous improvement
About you
- 3-5 years experience from similar administration positions
- Good general IT skills. IT knowledge within Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics AX is meriting
- Good skills in Danish and/or Swedish and English, both lingual and in writing
- Experience of quality related work within the Food industry and/or Food Safety Certification (BRC/FSSC 22000) is meriting
