The origins of Fazer Group lie in a family company founded in 1891 when Karl Fazer opened his first café in Helsinki. Today Fazer offers meals and bakery and confectionery products, and operates in eight countries with further export to more the 40 countries. The Group operates in three business areas: Fazer Bakery, Fazer Confectionery and Fazer Food Services. Fazer Confectionary Sweden are now looking to further develop and expand the presence and interaction with consumers in digital marketing channels (web, social media, mobile etc.). The Digital Marketing Manager will be situated in Stockholm as part of the local Marketing team, but will also work closely with the digital team in Finland, as well as the Communication department. Fazer are looking for someone to develop existing and implement new digital platforms for different brands. This person will also have an active role in adapting and creating relevant content for the Swedish market. Being fast and creative in making both visual and written content are key factors in this position. Key accountabilities:
  • Production of basic online content and campaigns for social media channels or websites, based on input from (together with) Brand Managers
  • Optimizing content and digital platform mix for different target groups and brands
  • Extending traditional channel media, events or sponsorships into digital channels
  • Keeping e-marketing tool and picture bank up to date
  • Follow and adapt to digital trends and consumer behaviours
  • Bringing new insights to develop digital marketing further in Fazer
  • Collaborate with digital marketing colleagues in other countries to make sure that the right content and platforms are in place and have a relevance for the Swedish market
  • Produce and execute digital strategies and plans
  • Support colleagues as a digital specialist
  • Track, report and evaluate effectiveness of campaigns, content and platforms
Profile:
  • Bachelor level degree, or corresponding work experience (Digital Marketing education is preferred)
  • Experience from creating visual and written content for online campaigns, social media and websites
  • At least one year of experience from digital marketing
  • Efficient in planning, prioritization and fast to act (and react)
  • Good at networking, communication and building relations
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Active in social media and early adopter of new media and trends
