As Product Manager you are responsible for developing and implementing plans to achieve the sales and profit objectives of your allocated product responsibility. It’s in your assignment to make sure we stay ahead of competition and are our consumers’ first choice. In doing so, you act as a project leader for innovation, renovation and roll-out projects in order to ensure we deliver on our plans. You will work with all the different functions within the business and report to the European Marketing Manager for that specific area.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of all aspects of the allocated product group, from consumer unit to pallet, across all markets
- Portfolio Development from consumer understanding to launch ready product
- Develop, implement and deliver plans for the product group
- Renovation and innovation of products to improve profitability and drive product group growth
- Project leadership of concept and product projects
- Simplification & harmonization of product portfolio, including delisting and value engineering activities to improve profitability, including project leadership of those projects
- Develop some specific marketing communication for the allocated product group
- Continuously monitor performance of product range vs objectives and take appropriate action for improvement
Qualifications
- University degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience from a medium to large producing FMCG company
- Fact based and analytical abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Spoken and written Swedish and English at a professional level
- It is important that you are self-driven and motivated as well as a team player
- You have a passion for food!
