Do you want to be part of a high performing team and take Arla’s Field Sales Organisation to the next level? We are now looking for a change leader to drive the Field Sales Organisation of Arla Foods Sweden, a strategically demanding position at Sweden’s largest FMCG company.
The role is based at the Swedish headquarter in Stockholm, you will report to VP Sales for Sweden and be part of the Swedish Sales Leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Arla Sweden’s Field Sales function, spread across 3 separate Field Sales Organizations, consisting of 130 employees, of which c.70 + report into the Director of Field Sales.
- Ensure that Arla has the optimum store coverage plan for its operations in Sweden.
- Deliver sales and margin objectives for the Swedish business.
- Provide strategic insight and recommendations regarding sales contribution and optimization.
- Constantly monitor sales and financial results and suggest areas for improvement.
- Participate as an active member of the Arla Sweden Sales Leadership Team.
- Financial responsibility for the local Field Sales business.
- Close collaboration with all Arla’s Swedish Sales and Category teams to ensure that their full team has everything they need to win.
- Play an active role in overall people development, build a strong team, develop the skills of each team member and secure succession planning.
Profile:
- University degree in Business, Economics and/or other relevant field.
- Well documented, successful sales track-record within the FMCG industry or Swedish retail trade.
- Solid strategic and analytical skills.
- Proven track-record of strong leadership.
- Ability to work towards both long term and short-term goals.
- Demonstrated performance of managing high quality strategic change projects.
- Good interpersonal skills: Capable of building strong working relationships internally as well as externally
- Winning mind-set with the drive and determination to deliver change.
