We are now looking for a General Manager for the Swedish subsidiary. Arbetsbeskrivning This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced commercial leader to take a next step in his/hers career. The General Manager will manage all activities of the company directly and through subordinate managers. You will plan, direct, coordinate, and control all lines of business. As the GM you determine objectives, establish operating procedures, and ensure the success of the division within the set guidelines. The General Manager will also evaluate new business opportunities and recommend new services. You are based in the office in central Stockholm, the role entails travel. - Operational, financial and strategic management of the sales activities in the Nordics - Managing the subsidiary and the possible acquisition of company or companies - Responsibility for developing sales programs, training and coaching of the operational organization. - Managing, reviewing and evaluating all management contracts and relationships - Planning, forecasting and reporting operational and financial results - Overview financial budgets and sales projections. - Research new Customer Service, Marketing strategy approaches, and provide recommendations for improvements and modifications to existing strategies. Vem söker vi? The successful candidate has a solid commercial track record, preferably from food and beverage or the FMCG sector: coffee industry is a plus. You are passionate about business, a strong leader who engages with your team to make things happen. A performance driven leader that will take the opportunity to further develop a unique vision built upon the strong foundations of Lavazza history to embed a culture of success in the Nordic region - 6-8 years experience in a top-tier multinational FMCG company - Great analytical skills, with knowledge of business and accounting principles; ability to prepare budgets and reports. - Strong commercial mindset, ability to prepare and evaluate business plans - Excellent communication and negotiations skills - Fluent in English and Swedish: Italian is a plus Övrigt If you want to take part of this exciting opportunity please send your application as soon as possible.
