Compliance Specialist

IKEA Food offers a Taste of Sweden by operating the Restaurants, Staff Restaurants, Bistros and Swedish Food Markets in IKEA stores worldwide. Assignment In this position as Compliance Specialist for IKEA Food, you will have the opportunity to work towards increasing the quality of the food range and the total quality perception of IKEA Food. This is a great and exciting opportunity to be a major contributor in establishing new ways of working within IKEA. You will be responsible for the deviation management process including root cause analysis and corrective actions. The role also involves being the point of entry of our claim reporting system where you will handle, classify and distribute different matters to the right stakeholder. Furthermore you will develop, secure and follow up the working methods for compliance as well as methods to measure product quality and customer perceived quality. An important part of your role will be to continuously contribute to establish a strong quality culture among all IKEA Food co-workers. Is this the right challenge for you? Your work experience is extensive in the field of deviation management or equivalent within the Food business. As a person we see that you have a passion for food & people, that you are business driven as well as customer focused and contribute with a high level of energy. You have a straightforward personality with a strong drive and the ability to work target oriented and independently. You are a compelling communicator both verbally and in writing and like to reach goals through a team effort. You thrive in a complex and constantly changing international environment and have an evident problem solving approach together with being structured and well organized with an eye for details. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, also in topic related correspondence. If you feel strongly for the expression “Most things still remain to be done.
