Nigel Wright is currently looking for a driven and ambitious Key Account Manager to further develop Sevan’s Food Service segment. You will be based out of their office in Upplands Väsby and travel around Sweden. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company with strong development potential, where you with previous food service sector experience can contribute making a significant impact. Introducing SEVAN SEVAN AB import, produce and distribute world foods, and in particular Middle Eastern food, to the wholesale, retail, and foodservice segments. The company is a market leader in Sweden and is now in the phase of expanding to the other Scandinavian countries and the rest of Europe. The company is growing very fast with turnover up 65% to 280 Million SEK over the past 18 months. With this massive growth, added resources to structure, organize, develop, plan and execute sales processes and boost sales even more are needed. Therefore, SEVAN is now looking for a KAM Food Service to be able to continue on this exciting growth journey. About the role As the KAM Food Service you will report directly in to the top Business Manager and be responsible for all the sales activities within SEVAN for the food service sector. You will work closely together with your key stakeholders in the sales and marketing department in order to build sustainable growth within this sector. Responsibilities Your responsibility is to develop sales within your customer segments. You will be managing daily orders, customer service and campaign planning, as well as forward-looking analysis, planning and execution. You will drive customer development, both in terms of existing client- and segment bases as well as scout and hunt for new opportunities. Example of activities
  • Operational sales and related activities; in-house- and field sales in Sweden
  • Campaign planning
  • Report- and feed-back loop to ensure that set operational- and strategic targets are met.
  • Existing customer development; analyze, plan and execute
  • New customer acquisition; analyze, plan and execute
  • Tight communication and feedback with and to the purchasing department to always be relevant in terms of product, quality and price
  • Customer service to meet and exceed the highest standards
  • Some travel and event participation

  • You are a “game changer” that wants to make a difference

  • You have the ability to juggle between high strategic decisions and easier operational tasks
  • You are an extremely strong and proven sales person with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • You have a deep understanding of sales; enough to analyze issues, define solutions and strategies, and implement changes
  • Other characteristics: “problem solver”, organized and proactive
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of software applications (eg Microsoft Office), presentations, and database systems
