We are currently looking for a
KAM to manage some of Danone’s largest grocery trade accounts and be an active part in exploring and establishing business with new customers and in new channels. You will report to the Sales Director of Sweden & Norway and will be based out of Danone’s office in Solna near Stockholm.

Responsibilities
- Professionally manage and develop the Danone business with some of the largest Swedish grocery trade customers through category management, price negotiations and promotional activities. Create, approve and implement growth development plan for the Customers you are responsible for
- Analyse the Sales trends and market reports to be able to provide an advice on Sales 4Ps opportunities for Danone business development in Sweden
- Coordinate Trade Windows preparation process. Lead Trade Windows presentations
- Analyse profitability of your customers and create a plan for profitability improvement
Profile
- Master Degree in Economics
- You are energetic and like positive challenges
- You know how to establish a contact and to build relationships. You are able to develop close relationship with the Customers you are responsible for.
- You are a team player who helps to create and spread positive atmosphere in the company and in the sales team.
- 2-3 years of Key Account Experience or similar (preferable from the FMCG sector)
- You speak Swedish, as well as English fluently
- Strong interpersonal skills:
- Open, empathetic and honest
- Capable of building strong working relationships
- Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, driven and with courage to pursue own conviction
