The company has seen rapid recent growth & two years in a row awarded the distinguished title as one of the year’s ”Gasell” companies by Dagens Industri. This year Sevan will be celebrating 25 years. Job description Key Account Manager As Key Account Manager (KAM) you will be responsible for the development and profitability of the brand in the Dagligvaruhandeln. Your main tasks will be to develop the Sevan assortment on central level in Dagligvaruhandeln but also to create prosperous and long-term relationships with them. You will be part of the assortment decisions for each customer, and help deciding which novelties that should be presented. You will be responsible for customer analysis, evaluation of campaigns, distribution and listings. Negotiations will be a big part of your role such as price and campaign negotiations. Finally you will work as project leader between the customers and internal functions such as market and purchase departments. Who are we looking for? +3 years of Key Account Experience or similar (preferable from the FCMG sector) Higher education Experience from Dagligvaruhandeln Negotiation skills A genuine passion for getting from plans to action and to make a difference in market Fluent in Swedish and English Good computer skills (MS Office) & previous experience with AC Nielsen, Datagain As person you are/have Enthusiastic, flexible and an entrepreneurial mentality Diplomatic, enjoy personal meetings and create good relationships with both internal & external stakeholders Not afraid to take difficult decisions Creative and take initiative A high sense of responsibility, able to keep up with several projects in a fast working environment and work as a ‘team-player’ What we offer you?
