Danone AB, the Swedish filial of Danone, was founded in 1998 and is since active on the dairy market, with yoghurt, fresh cheese, dessert products and since October 2010 with Juice through the acquisition of Proviva. Danone AB has almost 40 employees based in Solna, a Sales Force throughout the country and about 180 employees in the factory in Skåne. They market several brands, such as Actimel, Activia, Danonino, Danio and Proviva. Danone is currently expanding the sales organization and are currently looking for a driven Key Account Manager to manage some of the largest grocery trade accounts. Thanks to the strong international presence in more than 50 countries, Danone offers good opportunity for a future international career. Responsibilities: Professionally manage and develop the Danone business with some of the largest Swedish grocery trade customers through category management, price negotiations and promotional activities. Be responsible for reaching and report set targets concerning sales figures, market shares and other customer related priorities. Be an important pillar in the Danone Sweden sales team and provide insights and knowledge around the Swedish market that can further build the right strategies and plans for the future. Develop your network within the Swedish trade in order to further convince your customer contacts of Danone as a natural and interesting partner to work with. Develop and implement category management thinking together with customers to develop the category and the Danone business. Have contacts and manage general logistical issues with the customers. Help to further create and spread positive atmosphere in the company and in the sales team. Work on developing the new business area together with the team. Your experience: 3-6 years of Key Account Experience or similar (preferable from the FCMG sector) Master degree A genuine passion from getting from plans to action You are enthusiastic, flexible and you have an entrepreneurial mentality Your are creative and not afraid of taking initiatives You are a person with a high sense of responsibility, able to keep up with several projects in a fast working environment and working as a team-player You speak Swedish, as well as English fluently Apply here!
