As part of Lindt’s long-term regional expansion strategy, the company is continuously increasing efforts in neighbouring markets Finland, Norway & Denmark. At the same time, the heart of the operation is in Sweden. The company is now looking for a Key Account Manager to build profitable NES, and increase volume and market share for the company within the assigned Key Account portfolio. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your experience within sales in a fast-paced, multinational environment. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Full responsibility of Lindt’s largest account in Sweden.
  • Yearly and periodic definition of objectives and strategies for the assigned Key Account(s).
  • Participation in the establishment of short and long term objectives and strategies for the responsible Key Account(s) in the Swedish Sales organization.
  • Ensuring that the company’s "preferred supplier" status is secured and strengthened.
  • Development of and sell-in of profitable general and account specific trade campaigns
  • Monitoring and evaluation of customer development, market conditions and competitive activities.
PERSON DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND
  • Min. 3-5 years' experience as KAM, preferably towards large grocery trade accounts
  • FMCG or relevant business experience with an impressive track record
  • Experience from working in a multinational environment
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
