Almondy is an ambitious and dynamic cake bakery with a lot of energy and exciting ideas. Today we sell our frozen cakes to more than 50 countries worldwide, in retail, restaurants and to caterers. Our range features a number of irresistibly good recipes, all of which embrace the same unique concept of delicious, convenient and gluten-free. Role Description On behalf of Almondy AB, we are searching for a Key Account Manager to be based in Gothenburg and reporting to the Head of Sales. For the right candidate you should have focus on:  •    Key Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales and profit targets for IKEA global •    Drive and develop the business with IKEA in existing and new markets •    Increase distribution of new and existing products •    Negotiate assortment, pricing, placement and promotions together with IKEA locally and centrally •    Manage sales budget, continuously take the necessary actions to ensure that the strategy and achievement of sales is being met •    Responsible for cost budget Profile Description •    Academic Degree in Sales & Marketing or another relevant field •    At least 5 years of relevant experience in international sales / negotiation •    Knowledge of international foodservice and retail business is an advantage •    Experience of full responsibility of large customers within Key Account context •    Analytical and strategic, understand the whole deal and the whole value chain from production to customer •    Follow up, get to the finish, implement our strategies and keep complete control of the details •    Independent and able to build up new markets on your own •    Ability to enthuse and engage people, both internally and externally •    Interest and tolerance for other cultures •    Strong influencing, interpersonal and communication skills •    Fluent in both verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English, additional language is an advantage •    Travel to be expected around 50-70 days Contact In this recruitment, Almondy AB works with Harvey Nash Nordic.
