Market Quality Manager (Kvalitetskoordinator)

Danone Nordics has 250 employees based in Tomelilla (Skåne), Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen and Oslo. We market several loved brands such as ProViva, Actimel, Activia and Danonino. We operate across the Nordics in four markets, reaching to near 100 M€ annually. Our Nordic Team is looking for a Market Quality Manager in Solna to proactively manage the market and ensure safety and quality of our products. The position is an interim full time job during parental leave starting from November 2017 until March 2019, for a quality ambassador to leverage the fundamentals of business success.  The role is a about creating and driving the superiority agenda of our business, building a roadmap according to EU and business regulations and developing a superiority culture for the company. This means e.g.

• Ensuring careline resources
• Driving transversal business and quality agenda
• Ensuring KPI relevance and compliance
• Contribution to the implementation of compliance directives and topis
• Driving projects, contributing to the business and supporting the brand teams
• Defining and testing key criteria of the specifications needed
• Validating packaging, transportation, launches and follow-ups and much more!

To be able to do this, we expect you bring with you:

• Knowledge of about 3 years in Food Safety and Quality systems
• Some basic knowledge of dairy and plant based products
• Ability to use tools for root cause analysis and act on them
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Capability to take decisions and analyse the related risk
• Fluency in English and Swedish, Finnish is considered a great advantage
