We offer a wide and varied range of chocolate, candy, refresher and nuts of high quality. Our products include strong brands Läkerol, Malaco, Ahlgren cars, Kexchoklad, Polly, Center, Juleskum, Plop, Sportlunch, Power Break and Nutisal.
Cloetta has a long history in Sweden that started in 1873 when Cloetta brothers established themselves in Malmo, and thus became the first factory-made chocolate in Sweden. Fredrik Ahlgren 1885 formed his company in Gävle which launched Läkerol 1909. 1934 started a factory specialized in licorice in Malmö who later became Malaco. In Sweden, Cloetta has approximately 550 employees located at our office in Malmö, at our factories in Ljungsbro and Helsingborg or working within our sales organization in the field.
As
Marketing Manager for the Service trade business you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing activities. You will manage and be responsible for a Business Unit and a marketing team. You will report to the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities
- Development and implement the most effective strategy for the business unit on the Swedish market.
- Create a clear yearly plan including targets, strategy and tactics (4-P).
- Develop efficient communication and media choice for customer consumer campaigns and shopper promotions.
- Secure high level of team play within the team and close corporation with customers.
- In close cooperation with Category Management and KAM secure the quality in all NPD-projects, and identify challenges in the portfolio.
- Initiate NPD funnel incl. volumes for the business unit to Brand and Portfolio manager with team.
- In line with business strategy and with the objective to maximize sales in the channel propose and implement communication activities for all brands.
As a member of Cloetta Swedish Business Unit Team, participate in the information flow, planning, follow up and control of the overall operation and contribute to the effectiveness and the achievement of the short and long term business objectives.
Profile
- University degree with specialization Marketing
- 5-7 years experience in similar position
- Experience in FMCG and long-term branding
- Experience of working with the media, advertising and design agencies.
- Mastering Microsoft Office
- Swedish and English in speech and writing.
