Danone is currently looking for a Nordic Quality Director who wishes to develop his/her career in a world leading company in FMCG with the specificity of offering great local working autonomy. Thanks to our strong international presence in more than 50 countries, Danone offers good opportunity for international career. The role is placed at the Nordic Headquarters in Stockholm.
Your key responsibilities
- Boost sustainable Quality through product development & processes, compliant with regulations, customer & consumer expectations
- Drive CBU Quality Business Plan, mobilizes transversally around it, monitors its achievement
- Drive the Food Safety Control Plan and the other Danone non-negotiable and Group standards
- Capture consumers & customers feedbacks and fosters to turn them into business opportunities
- Develop, steer and maintain Quality Policy & systems, in accordance with Corporate & Division guidelines, including all stakeholders needs
- Take the role as BUCM (Business Unit Crises Manager) in its full aspect from crises management to crises audits for the Nordic CBU
- Lead the reporting of KPI’s; other reporting as well as deviations from QA standards to Group on regional and Global level
- Ensure compliance with existing food regulation
- Ensure on going coordination with relevant authorities and professional associations at national and local level
Readiness for some travelling on monthly basis will be required.
Your Profile
- Academic degree and minimum 5 years of experience in implementing and leading QA Process
- Very good knowledge regarding Swedish, Finnish, Danish and Norwegian food legislation
- Experience of different quality systems (Qualineo, Excipio etc)
- Strong leadership qualities with a successful track record in people management and cross-functional leadership
- Personal drive, high tenacity and strong communication skills
- Ability to take fast decisions without effecting the quality
- Results focused, Can do attitude, knowing how to ”manage the paradox”
- Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish or other Nordic language as well as English
