Oatly is looking for a Nutritionist!

Our Nutritionist will join a dynamic team of three working with Sustainable Eating and Public Affairs. Together we lead Oatly’s efforts to promote plant based production and consumption for the sake of the planet as well as our health. The role is new and cross-functional, which means you’ll work closely with many departments, especially our teams within Consumer Relations, Innovation and Quality. Responsibilities:
  • Competent and credible spokesperson on nutrition supporting the transition to more plant based food consumption.
  • Proactive in monitoring media, legislation, research and the latest scientific findings within the field of nutrition and sustainable eating.
  • Work actively to share this knowledge internally and support the organization with scientifically based facts on sustainable eating.
  • Conduct market specific analysis on nutrition and public health, in close collaboration with our market organizations, Innovation team and Dietitian.
  • Be our expert on micro nutrients in all our products.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant university degree and at least 2-3 yrs. of experience as a Nutritionist, with knowledge on labeling and nutrition recommendations.
  • Experience from international food production is a plus.
  • Documented background from relevant research field is a plus.
  • Excellent skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

The role is based in Malmö, with frequent presence at our Landskrona site. Some travel is required.
