As Production and Quality Manager in the Saturnus team, you will work with the R&D, production and supply chain teams of Pernod Ricard France for Ceder’s brand. Your main missions are the following
Communication
- Communication of production slots booked over 6 months
- Receipt of order and exchange of information on feasibility vs. planned volumes
- Key contact for formula modifications, raw materials and consumables modifications and finish product modifications
- Communication with the subcontractors and management of the products flow with them
- Communication of delivery notes for all materials and conformity validation of quantities and materials received
Innovation
- Ensuring proper execution of tests concerning new products or changes to existing products.
- Acting as Pernod Ricard France R&D liaison manager with the Saturnus teams: communication, tests recording and reporting, establishment of formulas and processes in compliance with the instructions set by Pernod Ricard France Research and Development Department.
Production
- Reporting production on D+1 maximum
- Reporting raw materials and consumables physical inventories at the end of each run of production
- Key contact with subcontractor on storage specificities
- Reporting results following new formula or raw materials and consumables tests
Quality
- Key contact for non-conformity management
- Roots causes analyze following a non-conformity
- Monitoring of corrective actions following a non-conformity
Logistics
- Physical control of the stock in the subcontractor warehouse and shelf-life control once a month
- Communication on stock transfers between Saturnus and subcontractor
Talent’s Profile
- Higher education degree in Quality and/or Food industry
- Proficient in the Swedish and English language
