We are looking for a people and process focused, Production Director to our headquarters in Teerijärvi to increase our competitiveness and capabilities in production.

As Production Director you will lead a process oriented, hi-volume and fast performing business unit which will deliver high quality products to industry, agriculture and converting business areas. Your main areas of responsible are production, production planning, logistics and maintenance. You are a member of the management team and report to the CEO. The production organization employs 250 employees.

We expect you to be a production professional with drive for production development: to increase the output, raise the level of quality and shorten the production lead time. You have a Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry or for example Food Science with several years’ of experience from managerial positions in process production. Good co-operation, communication and influencing skills are needed in order to get things done in a positive way. In your daily work you need Finnish and English, but in addition Swedish language skills are a surplus and would be an advantage. With excellent leadership skills and professional and committed approach throughout the process you succeed in this position.
