Danone Nordics is active on the dairy market and since October 2010 in the juice market through the acquisition of ProViva. Danone Nordics has 250 employees based in Tomelilla (Skåne), Solna, Helsinki and Oslo. We sell several loved brands such as ProViva, Actimel, Activia and Danonino.
Danone is currently looking for a new Production Manager for the factory in Lunnarp, leading an organisation of 3-4 direct and 80-90 indirect reports. Since the factory was taken over in 2010 there has been a high focus on transforming a local production unit into a world class production site.
Further key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the production within the factory
- Ensure that finished products are consistently manufactured meeting prescribed standards (compliant), on time and meeting consumer expectations
- Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with the local laws striving for zero accidents through continuous coaching on safety behaviors
- Empower and develop people, following our performance and development cycle
- Relevant University Degree and further education within continuous improvements
- Preferably from large international / fast moving consumer goods organization
- Leadership position within an international company
- Have experience from change management and implementation of LEAN, TPM, Kaizen, WCM etc.
- Good project management experience
- Strong leader, who is used to lead and develop people
- Possess a great drive and being a very good communicator
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and with ability to take fast decisions without effecting the quality
- Be very result focused and have a “Can Do” attitude
- Knows how to ”manage the paradox”, growing and investing simultaneously
- Fluent in Swedish and English
