Quality Assurance Officer

Unilever is looking for a Quality Assurance Officer based in Solna As the Nordic Quality Assurance Officer you are a member of the Nordic Quality Assurance team, which is a part of the supply chain function and SHEQ team. The team manages products sold in the Nordic markets, supporting the business in delivering goods that satisfy consumer and trade requirements. In this role you will be focused on Quality in the Market operations, implementing, executing, improving, ensuring and providing technical quality support to assembling operations, customers and marketing. You will manage Nordic Quality Management System (QMS) compliance, regulatory compliance, care line support, on-shelf assessments and risk management. You will also be expected to support the day to day business in QA related matters. We expect that you are committed to working for products that are safe and of the quality that our consumers expect from Unilever. The position is a parental leave backfill for 13 months with preferred start date in mid-August 2015. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · -You take part in/lead Nordic QA development projects · -You support programs for continuous improvements · -You carry out investigations that form the basis for decision making · -You perform trend analysis on Nordic consumer complaints statistics · -You pro-actively work for and recommend improvements to the QA Management system · -You provide QA-input to projects for new product innovations · -You support the business in day to day QA related matters THIS IS WHAT WE LOOK FOR: You are an avid multi tasker, highly proactive towards issues and are comfortable working in a fast moving environment. You are an excellent communicator, have the ability to build strong relationships as well as to think and act quickly across functions and along processes. You have an Academic degree, preferably a Master of Science, in a relevant area like Food Science, Biology or Chemistry.
