Quality Business Partner – yellow and speciality cheese

Join Global QEHS in Aarhus as the quality link between Arla’s Global Categories & Operations (GCO) organisation and 24 sites in Denmark, Sweden, Germany and Poland. Set the quality standards for our cheese production You will set the overall quality standards for the production of yellow and speciality cheese across GCO. You will focus on efficiency and alignment and ensure that we continuously improve our business without ever compromising on our high quality standards. You participate in global quality improvement and standardisation projects across the entire QA function, and you make sure that we balance quality solutions and commercial requirements. You will support the sites and the Senior Production Management and work closely together with the rest of the organisation to ensure performance and KPI fulfilment within the quality area. You drive the quality network together with the 24 GCO sites, and on an as-needed basis you will be the contact point for our sites in Canada, the USA, Brazil, Saudi Arabia and Russia. You can foresee a diverse job where you resolve major quality issues and have a wide contact surface across all organisational levels. Decisive, robust and solid food manufacturing experience There are several routes into this challenging position, but one overriding demand: you should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience from the food industry. As such, your degree could be specialised within Dairy Technology, Food Science, Food Chemistry or another relevant field. Ideally, you have insight into microbiological and cheese processes and are familiar with the value chain from suppliers to consumers. Relying on your strong leadership skills and decisiveness, you are able to motivate and set direction for colleagues. Moreover, you use your technical and interpersonal skills to the fullest to build trust and execute goals on behalf of all parties. Colleagues know you as a reliable person with a high level of integrity, an open mind and flexibility towards working in a dynamic environment. You boast a cooperative spirit, a strong ability to handle conflicts, and persistence as to driving an agenda with a sound sense of urgency. Lastly, you have good communication skills in English and in at least one of the Scandinavian languages.
