A state of the art automated cold store facility is being built near Helsingborg. Kloosterboer and Findus have concluded a contract whereby Kloosterboer is to realize a warehouse and transport solution for the Nordics for Findus and other major production companies of frozen food products. In addition to warehousing, Kloosterboer will provide a wide range of value added services, including transport, distribution and customs formalities. The warehouse will be completed in 2015 and will streamline the logistics of the company. Our ultimate aim is to obtain the most efficiently integrated supply chain with focus on innovation, sustainability and efficiency.
The Quality Manager will build up and implement the Quality function at Kloosterboer Sweden. The Quality Manager will be part of the management team and report to the Managing Director. The position is located in Bjuv.
As the Quality Manager you will have the overall responsibility for the Quality function, including matters regarding Quality, Environment, Safety & Hygiene. Your main accountabilities will be:
· Developing and managing the Quality department.
· Define and monitor the Quality targets and KPI’s.
· The setting up and maintenance of the quality management system (BRC, MSC, AEO).
· Development and implementation of necessary processes, risk prevention- & action plans, policies etc.
· In-house training/coaching regarding the implementations of action plans, policies etc.
· Quality Control as a service to our customers (taking samples etc.)
· Management and Monitoring picking equipment
· Cooperation with the other operational units as well as with regulatory authorities and certifying organizations.
We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years expericence from quality management (preferably from the food industry) that is ready for the next career step. You have an academic degree, or equivalent, within the technical field and have a good understanding of sophisticated technical solutions. To succeed in this role you should have a natural ability to lead and motivate others to reach set up goals. It is important that you have a high proficiency in spoken an written Swedish and English as well as in the MS Office Package.
As a person you are analytic, structured and strategic. You are a good communicator and have the ability to ensure compliance of the internal standards that you have set. In this position it is important that you enjoy working independently, have responsibility and take initiatives. It is essential that you are willing to work in a wide spectrum, high and low and view this position as an inspiring challenge – to be a part of building Kloosterboer Sweden!
