About the role
As the R&D & Regulatory Manager you are part of the Northern Europe R&D business team and in charge of the Nordic function. In the position you ensure compliance, deployment and implementation of all types of R&D related projects. You drive the implementation of local R&D elements and provides relevant input and insight for a successful activation of products/brands in the local market. In close collaboration with especially our Marketing department you ensure full R&D support to local activities for a successful implementation of new / relaunched products in the market. You also act as a business partner to the rest of the local BCS business team.

To be successful in this role you need to have a passion for food, be structured and have great attention to detail, without underestimating the so important overall perspective. You express yourself clearly and can simplify technical information from different sources and translate complex food science into customer/consumer language. You work proactively towards issues and opportunities, collaborates seamlessly with different stakeholders and persist a strong analytical ability. Since we work in a fast-paced environment, you also need good time-management skills to handle multiple projects, in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
