We are looking for a Scandinavian Sales Director within the FMCG Industry
You will be working for a world leading company within the seafood industry building up the Scandinavian market. You will be a part of an international sales team and report to the European Commercial Director.
As Scandinavian Sales Director you will work independently from Sweden and be responsible for introducing their quality products to the Scandinavian market. You will be representing a company with large market shares in both Europe, USA and Asia. They have a wide range of seafood products specialized in salmon. Their goal is to provide sustainable and healthy seafood and they put great pride in taking responsibility for all parts of the production, from the ocean to the table, through farming, processing and distribution.
As Scandinavian sales Director you will be responsible for:
• Establish sales in the Scandinavian Market in line with the overall commercial, marketing and sourcing strategy
• Establish new sales office based in Sweden, efficient, well balanced
• Market management & development. Proposing competitive activities and new products or business opportunities to enhance profitability
• Recommendations for the key development directions
• Building strong relations with customers, evaluating customer’s satisfaction
• Strong cooperation with marketing & NPD

• Master degree
• At least 10 years of experience in sales (Fish industry, the best salmon industry)
