As a Brand Manager you will join our dynamic, young and inspirational Nordic marketing team, where you will experience and work in a flexible and demanding environment. You will work independently on one of our key brands. You will be responsible for the brands Nordic success and act accordingly in all aspects of brand management.  The main responsibilities are to manage the portfolio, pricing, communication including ATL and BTL and you will manage the brands P&L. You are expected to understand and leverage deep consumer insights, finding inspiration within and outside the company and turn them into business. You will be based in Solna near Stockholm and some travel will be required on a monthly basis. Professional skills and competencies:
  • Master Degree in Economics and/or Marketing
  • 2-5 yrs of relevant experience from marketing in FMCG
  • Experience from brand building: Communication ATL & BTL
  • Experience from brand ownership: Portfolio, P&L
  • High sense of responsibility and ability of structuring multiple projects in a fast moving environment
Strong interpersonal skills:
  • Open, empathetic and honest
  • Capable of building strong working relationships
  • Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and with courage to pursue own conviction
Fluent in Swedish and English.
