About Lagerblad Foods
Lagerblad Foods is a growing, profitable and well – established food company, based in Finland, which manufactures a wide range of high-quality ready-to-eat food products primarily for the B2B sector. Our products are sold to all leading players in the Finnish foodservice market and we also produce white label for many of the leading food companies in Finland.
We want to establish Lagerblad Foods as a preferred partner to all leading food service players in Sweden, and to selected private label partners. This will require successfully managing relationships with both customers and leading wholesalers in Sweden. Therefore we want a person who can establish our presence and be a strong ambassador for Lagerblad Foods to customers in the food industry in Sweden.
Job description
Successfully establish Lagerblad Foods in the foodservice channel
Turn plan into actions with volume and profit
Be responsible for Lagerblad Foods’ Swedish operations
Reach set sales targets and actions for Sweden
Actively book, meet and negotiate with key-accounts
Drive, select, handle and offer tenders
Develop and launch new solutions and concepts
Build up and manage Lagerblad Foods’ team and offering in Sweden
Plan, budget and implement relevant market activities
You will report directly to the CEO and you will collaborate with various functions in Finland (sales, product development, production)
